Our HSSE Policy
In our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) Policy, we are fully committed to preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses while protecting the environment. Urania Maritime Pte. Ltd. continually improves operations through technical innovation, organizational excellence, and behavior-based safety practices.
The Corporate HSSE Department establishes comprehensive guidelines and minimum requirements for all subsidiaries to ensure a unified and effective safety culture across our global operations. Performance targets are defined and regularly benchmarked to drive continuous improvement.
We conduct regular internal HSSE audits and analyze both leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and strengthen compliance with internal standards. All new employees, contractors, and visitors receive HSSE orientation before commencing work or entering any operational area.
